A community that cares!
At Anchoreach C.I.C, we envision a world where no one is left behind. Where equity, dignity, and visibility are at the heart of every community.

Rooted in lived experience, we break down barriers, build trust, and create inclusive, culturally competent spaces that empower people to take control of their wellbeing.

Expansion is key to our mission: reaching those who are marginalised, underserved, and often overlooked, so that everyone, regardless of where they live or the obstacles they face, can access support that respects their identity, values their voice, and enables them to thrive.

Vision Statement

Anchoreach C.I.C was formed in April 2020 by its directors Joanne, Paul, Jacqui and Rose and their 4 volunteers that form part of the Committee.
How we make a difference!
Anchoreach C.I.C is a charitable, grassroots organisation rooted in lived experience, dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive. We design and deliver inspiring, community-led projects that support people of all ages, with a strong focus on those who are marginalised, underserved, or excluded from mainstream services.

Our work is authentic and people-first, shaped directly by the voices of the communities we serve. We build trust, connection, and lasting impact from the ground up, ensuring that every project responds to real needs rather than assumptions.

We are passionate about breaking down barriers, whether they are caused by disability, communication needs, poverty, or social stigma so that no one is left out of conversations, services, or decisions that affect their wellbeing.

Our core aim is to support people who are isolated, living with poor health, or affected by the cost-of-living crisis, while also addressing wider inequalities that impact mental and physical health.

Through inclusive, culturally competent activities that build confidence, improve health, and encourage meaningful connections, we help reduce lifestyle-related risks and empower people to take control of their wellbeing.

Every project we run is underpinned by the belief that equity, dignity, and visibility are essential for healthy, thriving, local and rural communities so expansion is key in reaching people that are often overlooked, face greater isolation, have fewer accessible services, and longer waits for help.

Our determination to carry our message, our skills, and our community-led approach into new settings is driven by a simple truth: Everyone, regardless of where they live or the barriers they face, deserves access to support that respects their identity, values their voice, and empowers them to thrive.
